Where to start! Sonia and Fernando were the best realtors we could have ever asked for! This was our first time buying a home so we really didn’t know where to start. Sonia is a very professional and hard working woman! She gets it done. It was so easy to work with her and any questions we had she quickly had answers for. Sonia is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing! Anytime we needed advice she always gave us her most honest answer. Didn’t sugar coat things said it how it is, which was so nice since again we had never done this before! During this crazy market, Sonia and Fernando showed us sooo many homes! They always accommodated us and made it work with our crazy work schedules. They never hesitated to have to make the drive and showed us any home we wanted to see. We submitted at least 10 offers and Sonia was always quick to get the paper work done and always followed through with the listing agents. When we finally found our home, Sonia provided step by step guidance and always kept us up to date with escrow. They say buying a home is stressful, but with Sonia and Fernando, the process was smooth and we are so happy with our home. I could keep writing and saying all the best and great things about Sonia and Fernando but the best advice I can give is, if you a looking for a realtor, stop looking and contact Sonia and Fernando, they literally are the best!

I could have had a more seem less experience. They both were so very patient and fought to get me what I wanted. They are both so very knowledgeable and made sure to protect me when needed. They both were very transparent and I don’t have any surprises. Highly recommend!
